The short answer is yes, we charge a Professional Travel Design Fee to ensure you have a great travel experience. There is no one size fits all when it comes to our fee because each experience is unique. The fee amount will be provided after your complimentary consultation and due before your vacation premiere. Think about it like this, when you complete your taxes you may hire an accountant for a fee, or when you need your car serviced, you might take it to a mechanic for a fee. Because we are professionals who specialize in travel, partner with suppliers, negotiate your rates, and find exclusive offers for you. We are your travel advocates, experts, and go-to for wellness-related travel.

Prior to your consultation with us, you’ll need to have a few things already thought through. This includes your personal budget, the type of trip you have in mind, what intentions you want to have while traveling, a timeline of when you want to go, and your destination. If you don't have this information and looking for spontaneous trip, you'll need to have at minimum a  timeline of when you want to go and your intentions for travel. Keep in mind, we don't book to all destinations, but may be able to make a recommendation to a similar experience in a different destination.

Yes! You can absolutely travel with a budget in mind (this is why Travel Designers are SO important). When traveling on a budget it’s important to be transparent with your Designer so we can plan accordingly. Your Travel Designer will be able to plan experiences for you that are within your means.

This will be dependent on the destination you have in mind and what your intentions are for your travel experience. Traveling during popular breaks and holidays could mean peak-season pricing. High season, for your chosen destination, is a great time to experience all of your tourist attractions and to get the full experience, but low seasons can offer a more affordable experience.

Our travel agency differs in a few ways 1) we consider your intentions, deepest desires, and what’s important to you in order to provide the best experience vs just booking a trip for you in order to make a commission. 2) We personalize your experience, follow up with you during your trip, build relationships with you, and act as your virtual bespoke concierge service vs booking the trip and not hearing from us until it’s time for payment or trying to get you to book again like with other agents. 3) We are focused specifically on wellness travel. This means we aim for wholesome, fulfilling, and relaxing experiences. We make sure you get the most out of your vacations both mentally and with your activities.
